Flying Pig XIII - Relay Information
2009 U.S. Relay Championships

Junior - Junior Relay

The Junior - Junior relay will have 2 legs, and is open to all juniors who are age 12 or younger as of December 31, 2009 (born in 1997 or later).  Both legs will be white difficulty.  There will be awards for ALL Junior - Junior participants.  Bring the kids early for a free treasure hunt and games sponsored by Cincinnati Parks.

U.S. Relay Championships

The relay will have 4 legs.  Winning times will be about 2.5 hours.

Eligibility:  Any team of 4 people may run.  To be eligible for U.S. Champion, all team members must meet USOF requirements for USOF membership, U.S. citizenship or residency, and club membership.  Check USOF rules (section 5) for details.  Each team member is worth 0 to 5 points, depending on age and gender.  To be eligible, your team must have AT LEAST the minimum number of points in the category.

Individuals:  We encourage everyone to sign up to be part of a team, even if it is not eligiible for championship medals.  If there are individuals without teams, we'll find a way for you to run a course of the difficulty you choose.

Team entry form.  Every team must fill out and turn in a team entry form.  The sooner you do this, the better.  We will accept team forms up until the first start for the Sprint on Saturday morning.

There is also a list of registered teams on the team entry form page.  We'll also list people seeking teammates on this page.
