Age is your age as of Dec 31 of the year of the event
F = female, M = male.  Females may enter M-21+ on blue course.
- = and younger, + = and older.

If you want to do an easy course, but your age is not in an age class,
    enter the "M course color" or "F course color" for that course.
        Example:  A 40 year old female beginner who wants to run yellow
               should enter "F yellow".  A 14 year old male beginner who wants
               to run white should enter "M white".  A family who wants to do their
               first course together could enter "Group white", while a group of high
              school students with some orienteering experience might enter
              "Group orange".
