Beginners are always welcome and basic instruction is offered at no charge.
OCIN Events are held rain, shine or snow.     In the event of severe storm or snow emergency, check this site on the morning of event.

Saturday, August 8 and August 22, 2015     OCIN-OLOU Summer Sprint Challenge
    August 8 in Oxford, Ohio (Miami University), and August 22 in Louisville (Sawyer State Park). Summer competition between OCIN and OLOU. Two short courses will be offered. Event Fees: $7 for OCIN members, $10 for non members. $2 discount if you own your own SI card. Starts will be open 9 am to noon for both events.
    We need as many people as possible at both events. Top finishers on each course in each of several age/gender classes on each course will earn points for their respective clubs. Combined team scoring for all 4 races will crown the champion club.
    Directions: Aug 22: E.P. Sawyer State Park, Louisville, Kentucky, From I71, take exit 9A to I-265 (Gene Snyder Freeway) south. Take the second exit and turn right onto Westport Rd. You will see a sign on I 265 directing you to Sawyer Park. Go about 1 mile. Pass and ignore the sign for Sawyer Park at Frey's Hill Rd. Turn left onto N. Hurstborne Pky. Go about 1/2 mile and turn left into the park.

    Every Tuesday evening - Start times: 6 pm. Last start at 7:15pm at all locations, with control pickup starting at 7:30pm. $2 for members and juniors, $3 for non-members. Overall ranking will be computed.
