The first day of spring arrived with thunderstorms at 5:00 AM and 4:30 PM, but the rain held off throughout the event and everyone (except a late AR starter) was at least able to stay dry. Courses were long in distance, steep in climb and very thick in areas. All courses were probably one level higher than advertised and all participants should be congratulated for their efforts.
