The weather was mild compared to earlier in the week. A mass
start with 40 runners for a trail run with yellow navigation difficulty. There
were 3 forked controls on the courses to keep the runners on their toes. The
short course was composed of 2 loops for a distance of 4.2 km. The long course
was composed of 3 loops for a distance of 6.6 km. Two cross country teams
participated with some parents, a few first timers, and some regular
orienteers.
